Disney Cruise Line Changes Cancellation Penalties

Effective today, Disney Cruise Line will be changing the cancellation fees assessed for cruises 10 days or longer and cruises that embark and debark from a non-US port.   Penalties will begin at 119 days rather than 89 days as it has been.  This means that the day after the final payment is due, the penalties will begin.  In the past, there has been a 30 day gap between final payment dates and the start of the penalty period.
